We are rapidly approaching the end of our first half term. Please find below the latest important dates for your diary:
Wednesday 22nd October - Liturgy of Stewardship at 2.30pm.
During our Stewardship Liturgy, we will be reflecting on the importance of sharing what we have with others. Many in our local area need help to provide food for their families. As a school we will be collecting non-perishable items of food which will then be distributed by the Salvation Army to those in need. Donated items can be brought in to school from Monday 20th October.
Friday 24th October - School closes for half term holidays.
Tuesday 4th November - School re-opens.
'ParentMail X' is our newly updated system which we use for sending out text messages and e-mails, keeping you informed of anything you may need to know whilst your child is at school. This can be especially important as we approach the winter months as any school closure will be notified to you using this method of communication. If you change your e-mail address and/or mobile number you MUST log in to your ParentMail X account to register the changes, OTHERWISE YOU MAY MISS VITAL INFORMATION SENT TO YOU.
As you may be aware, from September 2014, ALL children in Reception, Year 1 AND Year 2 are entitled to free school meals (which include sandwiches).
This week (w/c 20-Oct-14) the menu cycle is 'Week 2'.
